AMS Soil Probe Adjustable Footstep
Compatible with any 7/8” soil probe, 5/8” threaded extensions, and the 1” x 36” Replaceable Tip Soil Probe.
The AMS adjustable footstep works with any 7/8” diameter AMS soil probes as well as 5/8” threaded extensions. It also works with the AMS 1" x 36" replaceable tip soil probe (page 23). The adjustable footstep allows for additional down pressure to be used to drive the probe. It can be adjusted to fit anywhere on the soil probe or extension so that deeper samples can be taken.
