The AMS truck-mounted pull-out station offers both a preparation station and a decon station. Located under a flatbed vehicle or trailer it is supported by two slide channels with rollers and can easily be locked into position for safe transportation. The lightweight, aluminum construction offers smooth movement of the station from one position to another.
The sample preparation area was designed for quick and easy cutting of plastic liners. It can handle liners used with today’s larger direct push tooling (up to 3" x 4' liners). Pulling the accompanying dual blade liner splitter along the liner exposes the sample. The exposed sample may then be tested with a portable sniffer type PID or FID. Cut the other side of the liner and place the remaining liner with the sample in a “V” tray for physical examination and sample collection. Up to five samples can be stored temporarily in the sample
preparation station.
The bonus of this station is the addition of the decontamination area. The decon area allows you to easily wash direct push tooling as you retrieve it from the ground. Each tray has a separate ball valve that allows contaminated water to be discharged separately. The complete wash station includes two (2) 14-gallon tanks and a lowpressure wand.
Complete Station Includes: Prep table (v-tray), dual blade liner splitter, decon station, two (2) 14 gal poly tanks, low pressure pumps, 10' hose per tank and low pressure hose wands.
