Estimates and quotes are valid for 15 days. Every effort will be made to honor our quotes after this deadline but currency changes are outside our power.
Simply reply to the quote with your order number. We will start moving the product right away. We cannot guarantee that an item will be available after 12 hours of being quoted "in stock".
Envco currently invoice from New Zealand. Alternative arrangements are available through either the United States or Australia.
Invoices are available in the currency of your choice. If you do not specify the will be written in the currency of package origin.
Products supplied locally are charged taxes as noted on the invoice.
Products shipped abroad are quoted exclusive of taxes and duties. Common sense should apply here!
Your local shipping agent will contact you for processing these additional costs at time of delivery.
Certain areas of the world are allowed “Environmental Monitoring Equipment” duties and tax-free. We will work to provide these incentives via our network of locations.

International direct shipments are payment prior to shipment.
Account are only opened under strict conditions and guidelines. Ask for a PDF copy.
Accounts may be closed at anytime without notice.
Envco provide warranties on all the products supplied. We will replace or repair defective equipment expediently and cover the cost of shipment on workmanship defects. If the repair is outside of a manufacturer or Envco guarantee, shipment charges may apply.
